After careful consideration, we’ve decided to close our St. Anne’s branch location, effective December 8, 2023.
Andrea Dysievick, Chief Advice & Service Delivery Officer, explains that the decision to close the St. Anne’s Branch is a result of the change in member banking habits.
“Over the years, we have seen a shift in how our members conduct their day-to-day banking. The preference towards digital channels for transactional needs has been increasing rapidly and many of our members use a variety of branches throughout the city.”
The St. Vital branch, located at 1210 St Mary’s Road, is only a 5-minute drive away, however, members can choose to bank at any ACU location that is most convenient. As well, members can bank any time online, through the ACU mobile app, telephone banking, or at any Canadian credit union ATM.
Members who have used the St. Anne’s Branch in the last year will receive a separate letter about the changes. Also, members with a safety deposit box at St. Anne’s will be sent more information closer to the move date.
We sincerely thank members for choosing ACU and for their continued support and loyalty.
