Merger Checklist
After Sunday, May 15, here are some things you will need to do to access digital banking.
☐ Download the ACU mobile app.
☐ Sign into digital banking (online or mobile app) use your debit card number*.
☐ Enter a username** that’s easy to remember.
☐ Reset favourites, account alerts and your Interac e-Transfer profile.
☐ Reset member-to-member transfer favourites.***
☐ Set up youy Interac e-Transfer profile.
☐ Set up Interac Autodeposit.
☐ Add Interac e-Transfer recipient contact information.
☐ Reset up any CRA Allotments you may have had prior to merge weekend.
*Your current username will not transfer to the new system.
**If your current username is already in use, you will need to choose a different one.
***Some account numbers are changing, we highly recommend you verify the account number before resetting.
Here are a few things you can do to prepare for banking service interruptions on May 13 – 15.
☐ Perform all pending Interac e-Transfer transactions before 5 p.m. on Friday, May 13.
☐ Ensure all bills with due dates between May 12 and 16 have been paid before 4 p.m. in branch, or 5 p.m. through digital banking, on Friday, May 13.
☐ Withdraw cash in-branch prior to 4 p.m., or at an ATM prior to 5 p.m. on Friday, May 13.
☐ Complete all in-branch banking before 4 p.m. on Friday, May 13.
☐ Ensure all digital banking transactions (both online banking and mobile app) are completed before Friday, May 13 at 5 p.m.
☐ Activate all new debit cards issued from May 9 to May 13 before 4 p.m. on Friday, May 13.
