I’m Adam Richard. I provide financial planning and wealth management advice tailored to the needs and priorities of individual members and their families. I’ve been in the financial services industry for over 13 years and at ACU since 2015. For me, and ACU, the success of our members is paramount. I engage every member with a purpose that comes from a deep interest in ethics and interpersonal relationships built on honest interactions. When not working, I focus on my kids who are all are into sports and arts, so that keeps me grounded… and busy. I love to cycle. My brother and I started riding a Gran Fondo each year and have so far been to New York City and Vancouver.
Hi, I’m Chryssa Tibig. As a wealth advisor at ACU, I work with members to develop solutions on investments, cash management and estate planning, and strategies to help them reach their financial goals sooner. By learning about members’ specific retirement, education or other goals, I can help them create strategies that balance asset allocation and risk management. In short, my job is all about providing guidance and advice so members can make financial and investment decisions that will help them achieve their goals.
Being relatively new to Canada, I respect and admire ACU’s commitments to values-based banking, community and diversity, equity and inclusion. My husband and I immigrated from the Philippines in 2013 and we have three children — and happy at home is where I most like to be when I’m not advising ACU Wealth members.

Hi, I’m Dragos Nina. As a Wealth Advisor, I help members achieve their goals using great planning and execution strategies.
I’ve been in the financial services industry for over 15 years, in progressively more responsible areas at different types of financial institutions. Every day I use my knowledge and experience in wealth, personal banking and commercial banking to help members with complex financial situations, and to grow their wealth. My passion has always been on the investment side, as I am genuinely interested in what’s going on in the market.
I chose ACU for its involvement in the community, and am proud to work for a local, successful company that cares about members and their families — and its employees.
I’m all about family. My wife and I are raising two energetic boys who we believe will change the world for the better. I am Treasurer and board member for my sons’ school and we are all huge fans of the Bombers, Jets, Goldeyes and Valour FC. We also like to travel and create great experiences as a family.
I look forward to working with you to build wealth so you can create great experiences for you and your family.

Hi, I’m Greg James. As an ACU Aviso Wealth Advisor, I work with members to help them achieve their financial goals. Whether their focus is on planning for retirement, estate planning, investment and tax planning, or planning for their loved ones through registered education or disability savings, my job is to make them aware of their options and provide advice.
Before joining ACU in 2022, I worked in financial services for 15 years, with TD and RBC, and bring extensive knowledge and experience — in the areas of debt and credit management, credit adjudication, business succession planning, estates and wills, investments, and financial planning — to my day-to-day interactions with members. My goal with each member is to complete a full and complete assessment and help them build their financial plans from there.
I believe in transparency, mutual trust, respect, honesty and taking responsibility for our actions. I am proud to work for ACU, an organization that gives back to the local community in which it operates.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, keeping abreast of the latest developments in world affairs, and travelling — mostly to the Caribbean to see family.
I’m Jane Czuboka. As a Wealth Advisor, I focus on advising members at all life stages, specializing in working with those approaching or already in retirement. In addition to being very passionate about financial planning, I practice with great care, compassion, and take a comprehensive approach with our members. I’ve been in the business since 1988 and this long term experience gives me a unique insight into how to best navigate all of our members’ planning considerations.
I’m Jesse Funk and it’s my job to help members strategize their financial needs and goals in order to make the best plan possible. I’ve been in the financial industry since 2012 and have been with ACU since 2018 as a senior financial advisor with a strong focus on financial, retirement and investment planning. I value human well-being, open dialogue and responsibility. I’ve seen firsthand the impact ACU has on our local community, and am proud that we partner with companies that have similar values. Away from work, I enjoy movies and reading about history, culture, true crime, philosophy and religion. I also enjoy the outdoors and spend time travelling. I spend a lot of time in Central Mexico where I have family. I enjoy playing basketball and am an avid fan of the Milwaukee Bucks of the NBA.

It is important to me that ACU helps a variety of different people and gives back to the community through various programs. I know that ACU cares about the environment and is looking for better ways to do things. Outside of work, I am a former Canadian Chess Champion, I’m a photography enthusiast, I’m married with three children, I love coffee and I’m a total foodie!
