Telephone banking

Manage your money at home or on the go. Our automated telephone banking service is secure, confidential and available 24/7.

To use telephone banking, you'll need a touchtone phone. To register, contact us and we'll set you up with a telephone access code (TAC).

Make purchases quickly and securely with your mobile device. Add your ACU debit card to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay and tap to pay wherever contactless payments are accepted.

ATMs

Make withdrawals, deposits or check your balance quickly and conveniently at one of our ATMs.

And if you’re not near an ACU ATM, you can still access your money surcharge-free at thousands of credit union and other participating ATMs across Canada through the ACCULINK® shared service and THE EXCHANGE® networks—for withdrawals, deposits, and balance inquiries.
