Indigenous Student Bursary Award

Supporting Indigenous students pursuing business education

We’re investing in future Indigenous business leaders with bursaries that support Indigenous students enrolled in post-secondary studies. ACU awards four $2,000 bursaries annually to students of Indigenous ancestry who are enrolled in a minimum of three courses at a post-secondary business-related program or already studying in a business-related program at a post-secondary institution in Manitoba.

Legacy Bursary Award

Building on three strong legacies to support students shaping their communities

ACU’s Legacy Bursary program offers three (3) legacy bursary awards for graduating high school students and current post-secondary students. Each bursary is worth $2,000 and honours our most recent merger partners: Westoba, Caisse, and Entegra. These awards demonstrate our ongoing commitment to celebrating and maintaining the distinct identities and priorities of the communities that now make up the new Assiniboine Credit Union.

Applications are open year-round. Three recipients will be selected each year in September.

We are honoured to invest in your future through our High School Graduation Bursary Award! Each year, 33 Manitoba schools select a student recipient to receive ACU’s $500 bursary award recognizing students that have a record of outstanding school and community leadership contributions.

Selection is handled by each school. Connect with your school to find out if they take part and how they choose their ACU bursary recipient.
