You also have control over your account access—only you know your sign-in credentials, username and password. Our employees do not have this information, nor will they ask for it.
As a member, you’ll need to log in to your ACU digital banking account at least once every 120 days for security purposes—via online banking or the mobile app. If you don’t, your account will be locked and you will need to contact us to have your password reset. This important security feature helps protect members who don’t use online or digital banking very often.
