Important Dates

Be in the know and be aware of important dates throughout the year. Mark these important dates in your calendar.

  • Indigenous Student Bursary Deadline: January 31, 2024. More details

  • RRSP Deadline February 29, 2024.
    February 29, 2024 is the deadline for contributing to a RRSP for the 2023 tax year.

    December 31 of the year you turn 71 years of age is the last day you can contribute to your own RRSP.

  • Income tax filing deadline: April 30, 2024.
    The personal income tax return for 2023 has to be filed on or before April 30, 2024, unless you are self-employed.

    For individuals, spouses, and common-law partners who carried on business in 2023, your personal income tax return within 6 months of the end of the tax year. Learn more

Have you updated your designation of beneficiary lately?

Your designation of beneficiary by means of a designation form will not be revoked or changes automatically by any future marriage or divorce.

Should you wish to change your beneficiary in the event of a future marriage or divorce, you will have to do so by means of a new designation. Please contact our Member Communication Centre at 1.877.958.8588
