If you’d prefer not to receive text fraud alerts, we will call you if unusual activity relating to your account is detected and ask you to confirm it was you or an authorized user who performed a transaction on your credit card.

What do I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?

If you suspect that your credit card has been lost or stolen, contact Cardholder Services 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 1.855.341.4643 (Canada and U.S.) or 1.647.252.9564 (International Collect); or use the ‘Report Lost/Stolen’ feature by logging into CardWise.

I think my credit card was used fraudulently—what happens next?

Whether online or in store, you’re only responsible for purchases you’ve authorized on your Visa account. We’re always monitoring your account for unusual activity. If you’ve signed up for text fraud alerts, we will send you a text notification if unusual activity on your card is detected.

You’ll be able to confirm that the transactions were made by you and, if they weren’t, immediately notify Collabria of the unauthorized purchases. If your credit card was used fraudulently, we will block usage and send you a new card.

How do I find out my credit card interest rate?

Your credit card interest rate is published on Collabria’s website. By clicking on your card type, you’ll see your interest rate on purchases. Click on terms and conditions for a list of all current charges, fees, pricing and benefits.

What can I buy with my credit card rewards?

Earn rewards points to redeem your way—for merchandise, gift cards, flights, travel experiences or a statement credit. You can also redeem points for an electronic gift card (eGift) to donate online through Canada Helps. If you’re a Cash Back Visa or Cash Back Visa Infinite cardholder, you can also redeem points for cash in the form of a deposit directly into your ACU chequing or savings account.
