Update: we’re pleased to report that normal service has been restored at all our branches. Our member communication centre is still impacted by today’s power outage. We continue to work with Manitoba Hydro and Bell MTS and hope to have those phone lines restored soon.
--- The power outage in downtown Winnipeg has impacted our contact centre’s ability to answer calls. All of our branches are also impacted and personal services in-branch are not available at this time. ATMs remain open and our online and mobile banking services are available for you to use. Technicians are working to resolve the issue. Please check our website for updates.
