New year, new decade, new improved ACU digital experience!

2020 will be an exciting year with some big digital improvements coming your way.

One small step begins today, as our email addresses change from “@assiniboine.mb.ca” to “acu.ca”. We hope these shorter addresses are easier for you to use and help avoid typos. We’ll continue to receive emails to our old addresses for a while, but you will notice that our email signature and sender information is different.

Why the change to email address? Because later this year, we’ll be rolling out further digital improvements including a new website with a shorter, more recognizable url “acu.ca”. Expect to see a fresh new look along with easier to find information and content you care about.

We’ll also be introducing a new and improved online banking and mobile banking service, with better functionality and features to make your digital banking experience simpler and more convenient.

While we’re making these enhancements to help improve your ACU digital experience, we understand that change can be tricky. Please help us make these transitions easier for you by ensuring your email address and mobile number are up to date in our system.
