You may also notice a change in our online banking URL.

In order to meet the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions compliance, we changed our online banking URL from “https://banking.acu.ca” to “https://online.acu.ca”.

What does this mean? If you have https://banking.acu.ca bookmarked or saved in your search history, you can change your bookmark to https://online.acu.ca to make sure you don’t have the old URL saved. Alternatively, you can do nothing – if you use the older URL, you will be automatically redirected to our new URL, https://online.acu.ca, once it’s live.

Either way, no further action is needed on your part!

If you have any questions or need assistance on any of these updates, please contact us here: https://www.acu.ca/en/contact

We look forward to continuing to support our members in their financial needs.
