Over the past few years ACU has been experiencing a rising number of challenges that have impacted the day-to-day operations of our Gillam Branch. Members may have noticed the shortened hours and the unexpected closures.
Because of these challenges, we want to better understand the needs of our membership and the community of Gillam, to determine the best way to serve you.
ACU has hired a consulting firm, MNP, who will be conducting a Community Impact Study. Over the next few months, ACU along with MNP, will be engaging with a variety of different stakeholders including members, employees, and community partners, as we work to understand the needs of the community.
We want to hear from you
As part of the study, ACU members who use the Gillam branch will be invited to complete a brief survey regarding your current experience with your Gillam Branch. The survey will be open until end of day on Friday, June 2nd. We hope that you participate in this survey and share your feedback with ACU.
