Coming Soon - New ACU Digital Banking Experience

You expect your digital banking to be simple, easy to navigate, and secure. Which is why we’re working to make the ACU website along with our online and mobile banking better, faster and safer than ever before.

What to expect

ACU Website. We’ll be rolling out a new website with a shorter, more recognizable url “acu.ca”.

Expect to see a fresh new look as well as easier to find information and content you care about. You’ll also be able to more easily view these pages on your mobile phone or on your tablet.

ACU Online Banking and ACU Mobile App. Our new online and mobile banking will include enhanced features to help you manage your money more conveniently. You’ll be able to:

  • Open accounts online
  • View your activity timeline
  • Receive alerts
  • Set up favourite transactions
  • Personalize your experience by naming your accounts and adding your own profile and background images
We have also enhanced security by enabling two-factor authentication for transactions such as adding Interac e-Transfer® recipients, transferring funds to other members and more.

How to prepare

Update your email and mobile contact information.

To ensure your transition to our new online and mobile banking goes smoothly, it's important that we have your most up-to-date contact information. Particularly, your email and mobile phone number.

When you sign in to the new platform for the first time, we will be using your email address or mobile phone number, in combination with new security features, to help verify your identity. Ensuring that we have your correct email address in our system will also help us keep you updated about what’s changing and when.

How to enroll

Once the new ACU online banking and mobile app are available, here’s what you’ll need to have to be able to enroll:

  • Your ACU debit card number and PAC (personal access code, in other words, your current password that you use to access ACU online or mobile banking).
  • Email address or mobile phone number.
