We’re thrilled to be opening the doors to our True North Square (TNS) Financial Advice Centre on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 9:00 AM. The new location will be at Suite 100 – 223 Carlton Street, on the North side of the plaza across from the Hargrave St. Market.
Our Main at York Branch is moving to the TNS Financial Advice Centre. The Main at York Branch will close at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July, 2020 and re-open at TNS on Monday July 6 at 9:00AM
The new ACU Financial Advice Centre will not be a traditional branch and will offer an enhanced member experience combining expert advice from trusted advisors in a modern, welcoming concept that incorporates in-person, digital and self-serve banking options. The move to TNS is a step for ACU to be a stronger part of Winnipeg’s downtown revitalization.
“We’re thrilled our new location will be at the heart of Winnipeg – where people live, work and play,” says Lise Tarasenco, TNS Financial Advice Centre Manager.
Lise, who is also the Branch Manager at the Main at York location, assures members that the relocation aims to be as seamless as possible.
“Along with having the same management team as our Main and York Branch, members will see a lot of the same friendly, familiar faces from our former location. We’ll have the same hours as the Main at York Branch as well.”

Interactive screen. This screen will allow members to view our content, select different promotions and learn more about ACU as they wait to speak with an advisor. This will also be a great place for members to go through products and services with our employees. Media screen. The media screen is the central spot to learn about ACU, what we’re doing in the community, and our offerings for members. The media screen also has the capability of displaying events.

Safety Deposit Box room. Members will have ample privacy in this room to view the contents of their Safety Deposit Box.

And access through to downtown walkways, allowing members to walk to adjacent buildings without the need to go outside (especially during winter!).
