In choosing recipients, Canada’s Top Employers evaluate companies’ physical workplaces, atmosphere, health and other benefits, time off, employee communications, professional development and community involvement. Here’s why the judges selected ACU.

The award recognizes the Manitoba financial co-operative as a progressive, fair and positive workplace, but for CEO Kevin Sitka, the award truly belongs to ACU’s employees.
“It's our employees who make us successful,” Sitka says. “They do this by being committed to providing members with the products, services and support they need to be successful, to building stronger communities, by being engaged in committees and activities that foster diversity and inclusion, and by their desire to create an atmosphere of belonging and teamwork.
