We continue to see illegitimate ads circulating online that falsely claim ACU is giving away products or prizes. These ads may use different wording or phrases to appear legitimate, for example: “exclusively to our loyal customers” or “exclusively for our valued members” but, they are not from ACU. While we do occasionally run contests or giveaways, we will never ask you to confirm personal information, account details, or passwords by email, text message, or through a link. If you come across an ad that seems suspicious, please avoid clicking any links and contact us directly to verify its legitimacy.
