Log in

To start enjoying your ACU digital banking experience on your phone or personal computer, you’ll first need to take a few simple steps.

Log in for the first time

Onboard to ACU digital banking

  1. Sign in to ACU’s digital banking
  2. Enter your 16-digit ACU debit card number. Select Continue
  3. Select your date of birth
  4. Enter your contact information (email or mobile phone). Select Confirm
  5. Enter the One Time Passcode (OTP) you received to your email or text message and select Continue
  6. Enter a valid username and password
  7. Acknowledge the Direct Services Agreement
  8. Select Continue

Note: Be sure to verify that your username is appearing correctly before continuing as it cannot be changed.

Setup Face ID/Biometrics

  1. Sign in to your ACU iOS or Android app
  2. Select More
  3. Select Security Settings
  4. Select Biometric authentication
  5. Select Face ID/ Touch ID or Fingerprint 
  6. Select Activate Face ID/Touch ID or Fingerprint
  7. Accept the Terms and Conditions

Recover your username

  1. On the login screen, select Forgot username or password?
  2. Select Recover username.
  3. Enter the mobile phone number or email address that we have on file for you. Select continue.
  4. To enhance your digital protection, we’ll send a one-time passcode through text or email to confirm your request. Enter the code. Select Continue.
  5. Enter your login password. Select Continue
  6. Your full username will also be sent to the mobile phone number or email address we have on file for you. Once you’ve received your username, you can use this information to log in to your account.

Note: If you also forgot your password, please contact us.

 

Reset your password

  1. On the login screen, select Forgot username or password?
  2. Select Reset password.
  3. Enter your username (or your 16-digit ACU debit card number) and either the mobile phone number or email address that we have on file for you and select continue.
  4. To enhance your digital protection, we’ll send a one-time passcode through text or email to confirm your request. Enter the code. Select Continue.
  5. Enter your new password , and re-enter your new password to confirm. Select Continue
  6. Your password will be reset and you can now log into your account.
