Business-only features

Consolidate profiles

Profile consolidation allows you to switch between profiles without logging out of your account.

  1. Sign in to ACU’s online banking
  2. Select Business Services
  3. Select Profile consolidation
  4. Select Add profile
  5. Enter the username and password for the business or personal profile you would like to add and select Continue
  6. Confirm the account details and select Continue

Sign out and sign back in to your business account in order to view the added profiles.

Consolidated profile view is only available in online banking.

 

Business notifications

Online banking

  1. Sign in to ACU’s online banking
  2. Select My ACU
  3. Under Alert, select Business
  4. Select the notifications you would like to receive and how you would like to receive them
  5. Select Save

Mobile app

  1. Sign in to your ACU iOS or Android app
  2. Select More from the bottom menu. 
  3. Select Alert Setting
  4. Select Business alerts
  5. Select the security alert type
  6. Select how you would like to receive the alert (text message, email, or push notification)
  7. Select Save

Add delegate

  1. Sign in to ACU’s online banking
  2. Select Business Services
  3. Select Delegate management
  4. Select Add delegate
  5. Enter a username for the delegate and the delegate’s name
  6. Assign your delegate’s access level
  7. Enter the delegate’s email address or mobile number for the delegate to receive their temporary password
  8. Confirm your delegate has consented
  9. Select Continue
  10. Confirm details and select Continue
  11. Enter the One Time Passcode (OTP) you received to your email or text message and select Continue
  12. Select Done

The delegate must sign in to the ACU’s Digital Banking online banking or mobile app using the temporary password they received via email or text.

 

Adding a delegate is only available in online banking.

Approve/cancel pending transactions

Online banking

  1. Sign in to ACU’s online banking
  2. Select Business Services
  3. Select Pending Transactions
  4. Select Pending your approval
  5. Select the transaction you want to approve, decline or cancel
  6. Select the details icon to review the transaction details
  7. Select Approve, Decline, or Cancel

Mobile app

  1. Sign into your ACU iOS or Android app
  2. Select Activity from the bottom menu
  3. Select Business Services
  4. Select Pending Transactions
  5. Select the Your approval tab at the top
  6. Select the transaction you want to approve, decline or cancel
  7. Select the details icon to review the transaction details
  8. Select Approve, Decline, or Cancel

Add CRA accounts

To file or remit payments to the CRA, you must first add your CRA Account information

  1. Sign in to ACU’s online banking
  2. Select Transfers & Payments 
  3. Under Payments, select Pay corporate taxes
  4. Select Add account beside the applicable CRA tax or remittance payee
  5. Enter your business number and select Continue
  6. Confirm the account details and select Continue

Adding a CRA account is only available in online banking.

 

File/remit a tax payment

  1. Sign in to ACU’s online banking
  2. Select Transfers & Payments 
  3. Under Payments, select Pay corporate taxes
  4. Select the CRA Remittance option then select the dropdown icon
  5. Find the appropriate CRA account and select File/Remit
  6. Enter the remittance information including the period you are remitting for
  7. Select Continue
  8. Confirm remittance details and select Continue
  9. Select the account you want to pay from
  10. Enter the payment amount and the payment date
  11. Select Continue
  12. Confirm the details and select Continue

File remittance is only available in online banking.
